MSN Group Targets 20 Million Sq Ft Development in Hyderabad Over the Next 5 Years:

MSN Group will focus on the Hyderabad market, aiming to develop 20 million square feet of residential and commercial spaces over the next five years, according to Founder, Chairman, and Managing Director MSN Reddy.

Over the next five years, residential and commercial projects will be developed in key areas of Hyderabad, including Neopolis, Manchirevula, Tellapur, Patancheru, and Isnapur. The company owns 40 acres of land in these areas, with 12 acres in Tellapur.

In Neopolis, a premium project will rise on 15 acres, featuring apartments ranging from 2,500 to 7,500 square feet. This project will see the development of 8-9 million square feet within five years.

MSN Group has not disclosed the total investment, as the company is awaiting approval from the Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA).

Founded 21 years ago, MSN Group, which includes MSN Labs, MSN Life sciences, and Pharma Chem, crossed $1 billion in revenue during 2023-24.
