I have booked a 3BHK in Rajapushpa Pristinia, handover is expected by the end of next year. I was initially planning to hold it for rental income and maybe sell after 5 -6 years, but now I’m honestly not sure.
The overall Hyderabad market feels quite stagnant lately, and with so many high-rise projects coming up everywhere—especially around Narsingi, Kokapet, and Neopolis, I’m starting to worry about oversupply. Even in Financial District, every few months there’s a new project launch.
At the same time, Neopolis seems to be picking up, and there’s long-term potential if infra really takes off. But I’m unsure whether it makes more sense financially to just exit after possession and avoid the long hold.
Would be great to hear what others are thinking especially anyone in a similar situation.
