The main issue in this area is frequent traffic jams caused by heavy vehicles, leading to sound and air pollution. Otherwise the place is very safe and clean. There are several multispecialty hospitals in this area that offer excellent hospitality. The transport facility is very good, and everything is easily available in the surrounding areas.

Brigade has a strong presence in Bangalore in both residential and commercial, will have to find out how are they doing out of their base city. Like in the case of prestige, they get a lot of appreciation in bangalore but many complains in hyderabad projects.

i think the handover will be sep 2025. Though this project is not in financial district, so not a very prominent presence i guess.

Brigade group own all their lands and then build on it, this may be a good strategy but it might have some disadvantages too or they do not own their lands. Can anyone give clarification on this?

The apartments range in size from 3,065 sq. ft. to 9,860 sq. ft., giving buyers a variety of options to suit their needs.
