Brigade Enterprises new launch in Neopolis phase 3

Just came to know this through rezy that Brigade Enterprises are launching there new project launching in Neopolis Phase 3, Kokapet… 4 acres, 679 flats, single 53-floor tower. That’s seriously tall for Hyderabad.

Area is already full of premium projects, so not surprising they entered. But 679 units in 4 acres that is 170 flats/acre sounds a bit dense to me… not sure how the open space will feel.

Pricing I’m guessing will be on the higher side. Anyone here invested in Brigade before? How’s their quality and delivery, especially in Hyd? And what kind of ticket size are we expecting for this one?
