Srias Magna in narsingi is coming with 1784.6m^2 in land size, that is a big land parcel, can someone give in some details about the same, this is next to Sukhii Ubuntu.

Why would anyone try to sell a resale unit again, that makes you a third owner and wouldn't it would get harder to do that.

Yes, plus the point being the shelf life for high rise socities is not greater than 80 years so being a 3rd owner makes no sense, it will make sense in uber luxury projects that is why I said "HYPOTHETICALLY"

Can someone give any insights about the builder, I am confused is it Srias or SAAS? There is no buzz anywhere about these projects anywhere.

This project is a joint venture between Srias life spaces and Magna group. I haven't heard much about either of these builders. 
Moreover i've seen conflicts arise even when the landowner and builder are different for a particular project. This one is being built by two buiulders in collaboration right? What kind of difficulties can be expected? 
Are there any other joint venture projects in hyderabad? Does anyone here have any previous experience with any such projects? Looking for insights

They are selling from a long time and construction is slow, the handover date is December'26 and I feel dicey about the handover.
