Alekhya is coming up with new project Rise near Narsinghi which is going to be a Luxuruy community with 3 BHK, 4 BHK plus servent quarters flat options. any views on this? I am looking from an end use purpose

They are quoting 13000 sft. More of a luxury community project but I find the design traditional with not much of amenities
