Tridasa Rise, Nallagandla:

Tridasa Realty has launched their first residential project called Tridasa Rise in Nallagandla. This seems to be their debut in the market; no prior projects or joint ventures from what I can tell.

Project details:

• Location: Nallagandla

• Builder: Tridasa Realty

• Land Area: 10.3 acres

• Towers: 7

• Unit Types: 3 & 4 BHK

• Sizes: 1733 to 2751 sft

• RERA Registered: P02400009596

• Amenities: 55,000 sft clubhouse

• Open Space: 80% claimed

• Density: 92 units per acre

• Possession :2030

Layouts look pretty good- well-spaced with good light and ventilation. The overall density is also better than most of the high-rise launches happening around Tellapur/Kollur.

The location is roughly 15 minutes from Gachibowli via the Tellapur–Serilingampally road. It’s close to places like Citizens Hospital and Glendale School. That said, I did read a few concerns online about waterlogging near the nala, though GHMC has apparently started work to widen it.

Does this look like a safe bet to invest in, or too early to trust since the builder’s completely new?

Anyone purchased from here? How is your experience?

I have found new builders to be much more enthusiastic and open to change. My experience ASBL ahs been quite better than with many enstablished once, they are much more rigid for example many of them still don't offer EV charging. I suggest go for it but take legal advocacy to check documents properly

I agree they are trying to build their name so biggners mistake swill be present but accountability will me better. I have checked their plans look great to me as well

Why are you looking for Nallagandla I mean Tellapur, Kollur are much more preffered choice based on connectivity. You can get project with a little more pricing over there.
Praful
Any good projects in Kollur

Layouts actually look good, and the price they are quoting is great. But no past delivery record and long possession timeline means risky unless you’re in it for end-use and can wait. But overall they are looking transparent to me, I think they are backed by some big investors so their not as much risk involved you can go for it.

Seems like a huge project for a new builder, I hope they take more risks and improve design with time. Looking to invest in it

Connectivity wise I don't recommend going for nallagandla I don't see it developing in 4-5 years as well, their are bottle necks in many areas.

Its better then tellapur although travel time is less from tellapur but the dust storms, and trasffic is just rising, with so many high density projects coming up there. Nallagandla is much better choice. I am looking for Nallagandla and Manikonda
