Has anyone else had similar experiences with new flats from reputed builders?

I came across a post about someone’s experience with an Aparna Zicon flat, and it made me realize how often these issues pop up. The rules around personalizing your space like restrictions on main doors and simple things like balcony grills seem overly strict.

On top of that, residents are already paying ₹7,000–₹8,000 monthly for maintenance, but they’re still being charged extra for things like using the multipurpose hall Rs.20,000 for half a day! and the badminton court. It really makes you wonder where all that maintenance money is going.

It’s also frustrating that people feel they can’t speak out about these issues because they’re afraid it might affect the property’s value or reputation. Has anyone else faced such hidden costs or restrictive policies? Would love to hear your thoughts or any similar experiences!
