I've seen this new project SIVRES LUMINA on road number 1, Alkapur township. It's right behind EIPL Tamrind. Seems like a very good location but they have no 2bhk. All the flats are 3 bhk and above 2000sft. Probably the biggest in Alkapur township. Does anyone have an idea about the builder and their experience?

Yup! They are doing a project in Bandlaguda Jagir too. Visited that project's model apartment. It looked really good. They seemed pretty good with experience.
