I think 5-6 years is a normal time period for such projects but check the completion time of each tower that be would different from completion date as it includes completion of clubhouse and other things as well

project arka by team4 life spaces claiming to deliver the project by sep 2029, it is a 3&4bhks, 2 towers and they started in 2023, is it time period normal for these type of projects? I think 6 sixes years is a long period, i liked the project but does anyone know project like this which is delivered earlier maybe 2026 in the same location?
