I don't know what's the physical relevance of density. Infina is a 56 floors project, one of the tallest. so it comes down more to how are the utilities manages within the tower because people will be utilising the same area on ground but at different levels in space higher up.

Yes, that's one thing but when moving within the community people won't fly right? Then everybody will have to come down to the ground floor, to go out, and they'll go to their 56th floor flats from ground floor itself when coming back to home from office, school. So ground floor will se a lot of rush.

January this year. But the price sheet had a price of 9199 for contruction linked plan and 6699 for one time.
