I went with Honer Phase 1 because of early handover and a better deal at that time so for me, back then, it made sense on timing and price.
I wouldn’t recommend it now because
1) For at least a year, you won’t get proper landscaping, green areas, or fully ready amenities like clubhouse and courts, because those come only after the entire project (including Phase 2) is done.
2) In the meantime, you’re living with dust, dirt, and constant construction all around.
3) Now that they’re planning another project right next to it, it pretty much guarantees long-term bad living conditions with continuous noise, more dust, and, in future, heavy traffic around the area.
