Understanding ASBL’s Unique Unit Layouts: Z, L, and I Types:

Hey everyone,


I saw a really interesting post by Dhruva in one of my WhatsApp groups about the upcoming ASBL project, and I wanted to share it here with you all.


The project is expected to launch soon, with prices around ₹7,699 per sq ft. While most of us are already familiar with the location and basic details, what really caught my attention were the insights into the unit layouts, which were shared by a friend of a group member who happens to be an architect in Delhi.


Here’s what we discussed:


Z-Type Layout: This layout is designed to maximize privacy, with the living, drawing, and dining areas arranged in a Z shape. It’s rare to see this kind of thoughtful design outside of ultra-luxury projects, but ASBL has managed to incorporate it, which is impressive.


L-Type Layout: This design offers a balance between privacy and functionality. The drawing and living rooms are aligned, with the dining area and balcony forming the ‘L’. It’s a smart design that flows well while keeping spaces distinct.


I-Type Layout: The most straightforward of the three, this layout has all the main living areas in a straight line, followed by the balcony or greenery. It’s an efficient use of space, ideal for those who prefer an open, connected layout.


What’s remarkable is that these layouts were all designed by ASBL’s in-house team, led by Ajitesh. It’s not every day you see such a variety of well-thought-out designs in a single project, especially in both small and mid-sized apartments.

Definitely, the convenience of metro access significantly enhances property value. Proximity to malls adds to that even further.
