had booked a unit in the SAS Kukatpally project during pre-launch when they offered it at ₹4,999 per sq.ft. Honestly, it's been several months now and there’s been no visible groundwork. No proper updates either. The timelines they promised have already been pushed multiple times.From what I’ve seen and heard, there might be land issues involved,that’s probably why things are stuck. There’s no clarity from the builder’s side. It’s very disappointing, especially coming from SAS Infra.When a builder is planning to build the tallest tower in Hyderabad (SAS Crown), you'd expect them to be more responsible. But if they can’t even stick to timelines or communicate properly for their Kukatpally project, it’s going to impact their overall brand. People will lose trust.If this is how things are going to be, I don’t think it’s safe to invest in this project right now. It may end up getting delayed heavily, and eventually even affect confidence in SAS Crown too.Just sharing my experience here, but I personally feel this delay and silence is not a good sign.

Road development will occur most probably when project is in mid stage, there are multple projects planned on that road but no update from any of them.
