Has anyone invested in ASBL’s Kukatpally project?:

I've invested in ASBL’s pre launch offer. Is it a good idea to invest in this? I was interested because it promises big returns in 2-3 years. Has anyone else invested in this project? Also, does anyone know about their previous projects?
