I live in Kukatpally, and this area is growing fast. ASBL Landmark will definitely boost the area’s value. But I’m wondering—how will they handle the traffic? The area is getting busy, and I hope they improve the roads soon.

₹7699 per sq.ft. sounds a bit expensive, but maybe it's worth it for a project like this? I’m interested in the 3 BHK, but I'm not sure if this price is good. Does anyone know if there's room for negotiation or any special offers
