New Project Launch by DSR in Kondapur

Saw that DSR is planning a big project near Kondapur, 11 acres, 6 towers, G+38 floors and around 2034 flats. That’s quite huge.

185 flats per acre feels a bit dense, especially in an area that’s already traffic heavy. Not sure how that will feel once fully occupied.

Location is strong no doubt, close to the IT hub and everything. But with this scale, execution and long-term maintenance will really matter. Has anyone here stayed in a DSR project before? How’s the quality and what pricing do you expect for this one?
