Noticed this site a couple of weeks back, didn't realize it was Myhome. The under-construction project in the pic is Riddhi's Valentino, seen from Uber Heights. I'm guessing the launch price will be over 6,000. Just saw Jayabheri Trendset in Kondapur launched at 6,500.

Jayabheri Trendset was on the prime area - Kothaguda main road, so 6,500 makes sense. But for this KMR estates area, which is a bit interior, I'd say the launch price shouldn't be more than 4,500.

Hey, 3,500 per sqft is the rate for standalone apartments. This location is prime, so my guess is a solid 5,500 for the launch.

I'm in the same neighborhood, and the main issue here is the lack of underground water. Every apartment relies on tankers. With the current speed of work, I'm guessing the launch might happen in the next 3-4 months.

Larger projects usually get priority for water pipelines. ITC Kohenur and Trident also get water through tankers.
