Sorry for going out of context but I don't get this hype of having flat near small water bodies does it really have any perks? unobstructed view for some 50 houses is the max you could get, which doesn't justify such high charges asked for it, even if we get the property - the cost of social infra is higher in the area as well; as if the food cost changes because it is near water bodies, this is such an overhyped USP, instead we should focus on creating value for quality of construction. I had a rented flat with lake view and it was nothing sort of beautiful as it is potrayed half of the season it was mosquitos and other half the whole region has drainage issues.

The project layouts are quite alright what I don't like is master plan so many houses will have no clear view also the sunlight will reach during afternoons instead of mornings.

they are quoting 10000 per sft, i don't know what have they analysed this is too high for the locality. even ready to move in will come easily at that rate.
