They are developing a residential project in Kollur that will cost ₹7,500 crore and have over 5,000 flats, according to Business Standard (Oct 31 2025).

Still waiting on: RERA details, tower count, unit sizes, and official launch date


Why it matters:

- Prestige is a top-tier developer expanding fast beyond Bengaluru.

28.7 acres is still the expected area for the project

Expected units are still nearly 5120 units with 10 tower heights of 42 floors

Density of the project is 178 flats/acre

3 different units sizes form 2-4 BHKs with expected area of 1100-1300sq.ft., 1600-2100sq.ft., 2400-2800sq.ft. respectively

Expected Price that i got to know from different conversations and sources for each unit is

90L-1.1Cr. for 2BHKs

1.3-1.6Cr. for 3BHKs

2.1-2.4Cr. for 4BHKs


at 7500-800 per sq.ft.

Which is quite expensive considering it is still in Pre-Launch Stage and the locality is residential and has many other Ready to Move-In options with prices ranging form 6500-7000 per sq.ft.
