New launch Residential Project in Kollur/Tellapur

Hello guys, I am looking for a pre-launch or just launched project in Kollur area along the ORR service road and Exit 2. My main intention is for Resale or rental purpose in future. I am looking for 50:50 payment option and found a project called Hirize Elinor (JD with Prosper) which is aligning to my requirement. They are quoting 5500/- in 50:50 option and slightly negotiable on table. It is nearly spread across 10 acres and density is around 190 flats per acre. I visited the site and they are doing the excavation work. Launch is expected in Feb/March 26.

Anyone has idea about this project and the builder reputation or any concerns ?
