Just saw the post about My Home's upcoming project (tentative MH Udyan) right at Kollur Exit 2, next to Vipina.
Expected Configuration:-
Area- 24 acres,
Units- 3766 units
Towers- 8 towers
Floors- up to G+48 floors
Configurations- 2 & 3 BHK.
Location Perks and Concerns
Prime spot off ORR Exit 2 means quick access to Financial District (10-15 mins), but traffic on service roads can be a nightmare during peak hours. Being beside Vipina (nearing handover) is a plus for established infra nearby, though water scarcity and limited public transport are common Kollur gripes. One more concern that users on X and Reddit have raised is that just like Vipina this project is next to Railway Track which can be very frustrating for those who live in towers closer to railway track.
Builder Track Record
My Home is solid with ongoing projects like Avali and 99, known for timely delivery in gated communities. But ultra-high towers raise questions on wind resistance and elevators in Hyderabad's weather.
Apart from this project info. a question of mine
In recent times i have noticed a lot of investment is being done in Kollur and Tellapur Region even though already existing supply is huge, Does these areas have that many buyers?

Hi all just wanted to ask what do you guys think will be a better project Udayan or Golden Grove
A lot of complaints are there in Tridasa's map reviews regarding Pollution and smog will that issue persist all the time
How's water be provided for all these three projects? Ground water / pipe supply from somewhere?
The government should put a cap on FSI and let the city spread horizontally.
Such a shitty town planning to have 40-50 storey high rise towers every few 100 meters when the fire department is not equipped to handle anything above 10-15 storeys.
I am predicting in the next 2 decades Hyderabad will become a high rise jungle with no clean air and open parks in sight.
I guess the train will not travel on the tracks beside but on chests and heads of buyers
Density is around 156 flats/acres. Much better than Vipina and Golden Grove.
Any idea what will be the starting price?
