Any updates on Mayfair Gateway, Classic & Majesty at Kollur EXIT 2?:

Anyone got updates on the Mayfair projects Gateway, Classic, and Majesty, coming up at Edulanagulapally near Kollur EXIT 2? There have been no disccussions not even the usual pre-launch whispers floating around even though it is such a big jump in kollur inventary.

I am quite interested because honestly, this is a huge shift for Mayfair. After doing mostly villa projects, they’ve suddenly dropped plans for 22 towers at once. I am not sure how they are planning to distribute the launch but it won't be all at once for sure, if anyone has info regarding the pre-launch timeline or pricing, please share.

For those who don't know Mayfair is planning 3 new projects near Kollur exit-2 in 139 acres;

1. Gateway: 12 towers, G+47, 4548 units

2. Classic: 10 towers, G+47, 2830 units

3. Majesty: 410 villas

Some people are saying Gateway will be launched first at ariung 5200 per sft.

Also slightly worried about infra - the 100 ft road here already struggles during rush hour, and throwing 7000 units on it without road upgrades is going to get messy real fast. Kokapet is already reaching towards saturation so I hope not every builder move towards kollur now without much needed infra upgrades which will take 4-5 years minimum.
