Not sure about the sold out part, but 6200 psft was too pricey at the range of apartments. I guess they are using their long built reputation and charging way too much

I feel like MyHome projects are upto mark, they always offer what they promise. Bhooja, Vihanga are the prime examples of it and Tarkshya is no exception to it.
