Hi - Is SSI Marquise good for end use and also from investment perspective ? See lakes nearby so want to check any concerns with the mosquitoes and how is the builder

also confused between this and Skyra. Any feedback please?

Quality and specs wise Marquise is a better project, density is much less in Marquise but based on the current legal cases going on with SSI and DSR I am no longer sure. About mosquito problems some residents on Apas said it gets smelly in summer which will most definitely cause mosquitos, but when I visited the site it was clean
