SSI Marquise vs Raja Pushpa

Hi - Is SSI Marquise good for end use and also from investment perspective ? See lakes nearby so want to check any concerns with the mosquitoes and how is the builder

also confused between this and Skyra. Any feedback please?

Marquise I feel is quite a good project. I also hearing bad things about rajapushpa project

Quality and specs wise Marquise is a better project, density is much less in Marquise but based on the current legal cases going on with SSI and DSR I am no longer sure. About mosquito problems some residents on Apas said it gets smelly in summer which will most definitely cause mosquitos, but when I visited the site it was clean

For Marquise Check with the builder is everything alright between landowner and developer, they both market it separately, also the progress is very slow.
