My Home Nishada | Quality Issues:

Hi everyone, I've heard that My Home Nishada built quality is not good and that people are not satisfied with the model flats finishing. If someone who has bought in Nishada clarify this with what experience they had? I'm looking to buy a flat and Nishada is on the shortlist.

I've also read about constrcution quality concers in nishada. I would say if any such doubts one should do their analysis at a bit advanced stage of construction. There will be some physical structure there to analyse if you know how to do it, plus there will be people who would have already bought, you can talk to them and you'll get some insights. There are discussion platforms like this one where you can get some more answers. This was you'll definitely buy at a higher price if you decide to buy, but you'll also mitigate some risk.

I have seen Nishada model flat, did't see any issue.

makes no sense, you can test the construction quality at any ongoing construction phase in a project. Only if you have bought in a project, and when the project is being handed over to you, only then you can do all the assessment of construction quality. There are dedicatd agencies to assess the construction quality of your flat at the time of handover. They might do some drilling and carry with them a list of equipments. But during the construction you can't analyse anything about the quality.
