I have checked the survey number of the project which seem clean from hydra , legal issues etc as on today .They have acquired this land from babu khan according to the information i have . But , why am i hearing negative reviews on their lansum etania project ? Is the quality really that bad ?

There are some misalignments and some animosity between builder and Lansum Etania owners. Quality may be bad but I was not able to determine tat on my visit to Etania. Besides Elena is a premium luxury offering. I do not think quality will be bad for their flagship project.

Lansum etania is their project right? Close to the Gachibowli ORR exit. Is it uc or handed over? I've been seeing it from a long time, looks the same, but doesn't look like people are living there.

They have a 100% payment offer, 7k per sft for 100% payment. And 9k per sft otherwise.

9k looks too expensive for a launch price in Kokapet, but 7k looks like a good deal, but again, one time payment. What to do!

No they didn't receive rera, just heard about the project few days ago. Now heard of multiple projects coming at 50 plus floors. Wonder what the cityscape will look 10 years from now.
