    Saw this post on twitter not sure I should laugh or appreciate the vision : Planning to bring Donald Trump Jr. to Hyderabad for Trump Towers launch , says IRA Realty Founder Narsi Reddy.It sounds ambitious, but seeing Trump Jr. in Hyderabad would be exciting. Jr. made a similar sales trip in 2018, and Tribeca’s Kalpesh has hinted at another possible visit this year. Hope it turns into reality!

    Just read that one of the landowners, Ram Reddy Nandela, actually issued a public notice saying he didn't consent to the development and claimed the project is fraudulent. So it sounds like they are going to have big land issue and without clearance the launch is going can't happe before aug at minimum

    Given how pricey Golden Mile in Kokapet is and given the premium scope of the project this dispute could seriously stall the timeline. Five years is the projected completion timeline, but if land ownership issues remain unresolved, start might get delayed.

    IRA has a good reputation overall, some people have issues with there prices in south hyderabad but now in kokapet i think it will be justified also i think it is still in planning stage so might take around 2 months for launch
