The project has recently received OC, but there’s still some work happening on site and people are saying it may take a few more months to fully settle down. So if you need truly ready‑to‑move‑in and can’t wait 3-4 months, better to skip it for now. The floor plans look okay, but the builder doesn’t have much experience with large high‑rise projects, so keep that in mind.
