I came across a website that says Godrej is launching a new project in Kokapet. I think the website was made by a channel partner (CP). Does anyone know anything about it?

The project isn't launched yet. What I found after checking the website made by CP’s are these:Land area: 3 acres Floors: G+50 Towers: 1 Total flats: 440 Each floor has 10 flats and 10 separate lifts 3 and 4 BHK starting from 3 crores. And the launch date is expected in the month of November, I guess."
