Located right next to Khajaguda Circle and adjacent to SAS iTower, this project is expected to come up on around 15 acres of prime land and could feature 8 high-rise towers rising up to around 50 floors.
The concept being discussed in industry circles suggests a large mixed development with nearly 2,900 units, combining ultra-luxury residential apartments, studio units, and a commercial retail zone. The design appears to include a large podium-level green park, glass façade towers similar to IT corridor architecture, and a vibrant urban community feel.
Sumadhura already has a strong presence in the area with its premium project The Olympus, and this new development could become one of the most prominent skyline projects near the Financial District.
