Hyderabad

Honestly, it’s mind-blowing how real estate developers in Hyderabad are still resorting to these absurd marketing gimmicks just to move their inventory. Harley Davidson motorcycles, electric vehicles, gold coins are we seriously still doing this? What is this, some kind of game show? These developers must have so much unsold inventory sitting around that they think they can just throw flashy giveaways at potential buyers and call it a “deal.” Are they really that desperate to sell?
Now, on top of all these ridiculous giveaways, we’ve got Casagrand pulling out all the stops with their Crestwood project. They’re offering a hot air balloon ride as part of a site visit. A hot air balloon ride?! Really? As if that's going to distract buyers from the fact that the price of the property is the real issue here. Is this supposed to make us forget that what we actually need is a price drop?
It’s like they’re trying to wow us with this extravagant experience, but the reality is that people are looking for actual value not gimmicks. If these developers were serious about moving units, they’d understand that offering real, affordable prices would do more than any hot air balloon ride or gold coin ever could. Instead of throwing in these pointless stunts, why not just lower the damn price and give buyers the price relief they need?
At the end of the day, these flashy offers only feel like a desperate attempt to cover up the fact that the properties probably aren’t as great as they’re being made out to be. It’s time to cut the circus acts and get to the real deal: affordable prices. Just give us a goddamn discount and stop distracting us with these stupid marketing tricks. That’s the kind of offer that actually makes sense and will get people interested.
