Hey I am looking for a 3BHK apartment in Kukatpally. I've heard of some projects like ASBL Landmark, Honer Signatis, and My Home Jewel. Does anyone have insights about these projects or other good options?

Honestly, if you’re choosing between Honer Signatis and ASBL Landmark, just go with Landmark. It’s a much better choice. ASBL at least has a cleaner track record, and their previous projects don’t have the kind of serious complaints you’ll hear from Honer buyers.
Honer Homes, on the other hand, has way too many issues intheir earlier project, Honer Aquantis from seepage, construction quality and on top of that they don't respond to your calls, Signatis itself is extremely dense.

I’ve lived in both Mivan and brick apartments, so I can tell you how they differ from real experience. Let’s start from the basics. Builders generally choose Mivan for large-scale projects because it’s a fast and uniform method. But it’s costly if used for smaller developments. For example, a big project like Honer with 18 towers can balance out the high setup cost of Mivan. For smaller with projects like landmark 4 towers and 20 floors brick construction is cheaper
In terms of strength, Mivan structures are more uniform and solid since they’re entirely made of concrete. However, that doesn’t mean they’re don't get damaged like most builder claims, cement expands and contracts with temperature changes, which leads to cracks even in Mivan walls and they mean permanent damage to whole structure. Brickwork gets surface cracks sooner, mostly in plaster, but the core structure usually doesn't get damage as easily as they claim.
I personally prefer brick. The biggest reason is flexibility. In Mivan flats, you can't modify anything easily even drilling a hole you need special tools, permissions, and extra payments. In brick houses, you have the freedom to make small changes when you need them. and forget and major changes.
And one more very important thing is insulation and comfort. Mivan walls are pure concrete, that means your home gets hot in summer and cold in winter. You’ll practically need an AC running most of the time just to stay comfortable. Brick walls, on the other hand, breathe better and provide natural thermal insulation. They keep the interiors cooler during summers and warmer in winters, which makes a huge difference in daily comfort and electricity costs.

First of all, stop believing that builers do anything for buyers, they are not choosing mivan because its strong they are choosing mivan because it's faster and is overall cheaper when done for large scale projects
