currently its not worth living no social infra but if we are talking about the timeline of its handover everything will be just reversed it is directly connected to orr, while the area in other projects will have a overcrowded developments i am expecting Budvel to me much better then other in few years else the design also seems more functional to me

In next 4 years it will be great, currently there are no schools and recreational facilities but in future proposed forum mall and schools will come so appretiation is most probably expected
