No, anyone can lie now a days also the risk increase if you have involved a middlemen. But yes it is less risky than from a random builder.

I say never put your 100% faith I bought a project 5 years back from a prominant builder but the project faced problems later.

In my experience, early investments can see 20-50% appreciation by the time of possession. Plus, areas like Gachibowli are perfect for renting out, especially with IT professionals flocking there.

FiDi and its nearby areas are showing great future returns.

There has been huge investments in west such as in Gachibowli,Kokapet etc. already but east is also uprising such as Kothapet region.

Hyderabad market is driven by political influence so focus on new projections of government and then invest.

Well, there are various groups available along with brokers providing such offers but most of them are not genuine so the problem is to identify genuine offers

I am a farely new investor in Hyderabad as well, the market here seems packed and it seems tough to get in the close circles of builders and investors, hence finding the new projects is equally difficult, so if you find any i would like to explore them as well.

I was trying to invest in Rajpushpa last year but never found a way.

But there were huge presales on easrlier projects of Rajpushpa.

I was going through various forums and there were some discussion on ASBL new project. If anyone has any idea let me know

In a different thread on this forum someone suggested its name as britz park or something, but i don't think it would be the name as it seems more ideal for a commercial space and ASBL is a farely new builder and they said in forums that they want to focus on residential projects for now

I wanted to invest in MyHome or Aparna as they are prominant builers in hyderabad.

Myhome projects are launched almost every year like Myhome akrida in 2024 and Myhome grava in 2023 so i am also expecting a project although their major projects are in kokapet nor tellapur i am hoping for project in Gachibowli
