My Home Udyan vs Prestige Golden Grove How to Decide ?

I was checking out My Home Udyan and Prestige Golden Grove in Kollur, Hyderabad. both target premium buyers but have pretty different vibes.

My Home Udyan is about 24 acres with 8 towers and roughly 3,766 units (2 & 3 bhk). It is near ORR Exit 2 and Vipina, close to schools and hospitals. The builder has a good track record with gated communities. Downsides are traffic on service roads, some towers near the railway track, water issues, and with such tall towers, elevators and wind might be a concern.

Prestige Golden Grove is bigger, with 28 Acres of land 10 Towers G+52 floors and 5,120 units. Location is good too, near ORR and the financial district. prestige is a strong brand with luxury layouts and polished amenities. the cons are high prices (Rs.9k–11k per sq ft) and many details about towers and units are still unknown.

So basically, My Home Udyan is practical, slightly cheaper, with more space and privacy but minor location issues. Prestige golden grove is more luxurious, branded, and polished, but expensive and a bit risky until more info comes out. anyone following these projects? Do you think Kollur can actually handle so many new apartments, or is it getting crowded?

@gigi321 5000 units at sounds insane, i don’t know how they’ll manage parking and traffic and how the nearby infrastructure is gping to be affected.

my home udyan feels more practical, i like the low density and space per floor

true, 6–8 units per floor is really nice, more privacy than most projects
