Looking to buy a flat in ASBL Spectra, Gachibowli – Need genuine reviews

I’m planning to buy a flat in ASBL Spectra, Gachibowli (Hyderabad) and would really appreciate inputs from people who already live there or have seriously evaluated the project.

Things I’d like to understand:

Construction quality & build finish

Carpet area vs promised area

Maintenance charges & society management

Water supply, power backup & parking situation

Connectivity to IT hubs (Financial District, Gachibowli)

Any known issues or red flags?

I’m looking at this as a self-use + long-term investment, so honest feedback (positive or negative) will really help.
