Is Vasavi Sarovar good option to buy flat for possession in 2027

Can someone help or suggest if buying a flat, under-construction in Vasavi Sarovar in Kukatpally good option for possession in 2027. Can someone provide good builder project's list to look into..

As you were first asking for opinions on Vasavi Sarovar so I guess you want a High Rise only

In that case in nearly same budget you can go for Praneeth Pranav or in budget I would say Vasavi is not bad as well

@sravani47ig Avoid Vasavi if you can too many recent complaints, like their project in an FTL zone. They've had multiple raids, and the delays here are a huge red flag. Quality issues and poor service are common too per reviews.

Thank you so much for your suggestion..May I know good projects to consider in miyapur and Kukatpally areas with budget around 70-80 lakhs...
