Hyderabad RealEstate In Full Dubai Mode? Dancing Daffodils

72 floors in Ghatkesar ah? I had to read twice to check if it’s real or some concept thing only.

244 metres is no joke. That’s like a proper Mumbai type height. In East Hyderabad of all places. I mean ORR side is growing and all, but still… next to Sreenidhi college and the railway track? Little surprising no.

I’ve been to that stretch a few times. It’s still kind of open, plots, some villas, some random layouts. Not exactly Jubilee Hills vibes. Maybe they are thinking long term, like 10-15 years later it will look different? Or maybe I’m just not seeing the bigger picture.

Also a newbie builder doing the tallest tower… that part is making me a bit hmm. High rise construction is not a small thing. Wind, approvals, lifts, maintenance, all that. Even big names struggle sometimes. But maybe they have a strong back-end team, who knows.

Pricing will be interesting. If they quote a crazy premium saying “tallest in East Hyd” and all, will people actually pay? Some people just buy a tag also. Especially the NRI crowd. And 72 floors means what, 3-4 basements? Car parking itself will be a headache

Still, the design looks fancy in the renders. That wavy shape and helipad marking and all… very Dubai-ish feeling. Part of me likes ambition. Part of me is like why here only

Hyderabad real estate is getting wild these days. Every week some new “iconic” tower comes up. You guys think this is genuine long-term play or just another flashy project that sounds bigger than it’ll actually be?

Hyderabad is trying too hard to look like Dubai these days. Every project has helipad in render only

SaltTap

@AbhinavR Exactly, Helipad in brochure, but society meeting will fight about maintenance charges later.

AbhinavR verified-tickVerified Owner

@SaltTap Helipad will quietly disappear before OC, watch.

SaltTap

@AbhinavR Wouldn’t even be surprised honestly. Renders and reality always have some gap.

East side is the next growth corridor boss. After Uppal side fully saturates, this belt will boom. They are just early movers.

Tanmay9

New builder attempting tallest tower is what’s scary. Construction delays are almost guaranteed.

@Tanmay9 That part is what makes me most unsure actually. Height is one thing, execution is another whole story. Hope they at least have solid funding.

charan

This is just FOMO marketing. Create something extreme so everyone keeps talking.

Gauthamreddy

@charan Could be honestly. Even I wouldn’t have discussed Ghatkesar otherwise

SaltTap

@charan Apparently that's how our RealEstate market works

@charan But sometimes FOMO itself drives initial bookings no? Once few big tickets get sold, others just follow seeing “limited units left” and all.
