As an NRI, I often worry about what’s happening with my vacant land and independent house in Hyderabad. Since I can’t visit regularly, I’m scared about things like encroachment, unauthorized use, or small damages turning into big problems. I don’t have anyone who can go and check the property consistently. How do other NRIs protect their vacant land and ensure their property is safe when they are living abroad?
