Help me choose between Candeur Lakescape and My Home Sayuk

I’ve been stuck deciding between Candeur Lakescape and My Home Sayuk for the past few weeks. Visited both sites and honestly it just made the decision harder. Lakescape seems better location wise for office commute, but the project itself looks huge. like thousands of flats. Sayuk felt more peaceful when I went there, but the drive to Tellapur during evening traffic felt a bit long. Not sure if I’m overthinking it. Anyone here actually booked in either of these?

I saw Lakescape last month. Towers are huge man. When you stand there and look up it’s kind of crazy actually. My first thought was lifts will decide my daily mood.

same thought lol. friend in a 40 floor building says mornings are basically lift roulette

Location wise Lakescape probably wins. Kondapur already packed with stuff. offices malls hospitals all nearby. Tellapur still feels like waiting for area to grow.

yeah but kondapur traffic is already insane. not sure if adding another 2000 flats will help that situation

true but somehow people still prefer that side because work is mostly there
