Buying a property requires a-lot of research

Hi guys, I recently shifted to hyderabad, I am working as SDE, Well planning to settle here, just went to casually check out the market, what's the price currently in the market these days. Property seems to be lot costly in terms of if we compare with other cities, I checked the other markets as well, it seems like if you invest early it would a great investment, but for investment purpose generally Pre-Launches and EOI are the best options.

I am going to start series of Real Estate Advise on this platform, to help other as it became nightmare for me to buy what is right for me.
