Hyderabad land prices have going wild over the last few years, but 177 crore per acre damn
For context , As per multiple posts on X and Insta, MSN snapped up a plot in the Raidurg at a jaw-dropping ₹177 crore per acre. Let that sink in.
Which means surpassing the ₹100.75 cr/acre price bid by Rajapushpa for Neopolis which itself was a history created
What I don't understand is the reason behind it either it is an exceptional land parcel(which I would love to know the reason behind), or a new bubble popping.
Nearby plot was taken by pharma giant ART group.
What do you all think?
• Are these numbers meant to increase already high real estate price?
• Will this also trigger a price hike ripple through adjacent zones
Also most imp, I believe this is just crazy
What happens to housing affordability if ₹177 cr/acre becomes the new benchmark?

• Investor confidence at a national level
