Any Suggestions on Amenities vs Community, What to choose?

I’m actually planning to move in the next few months, so this thing is really stuck in my head now. These big towers with pool, gym, clubhouse, co-working space and all look very attractive when I go for site visits. Feels like a proper upgrade in life, like okay this is modern living. But then I keep thinking once I move in, will I actually use all this or just see it from balcony and pay maintenance every month. And in those big societies, I’ve noticed people don’t really talk much, everyone busy, lift opens, lift closes done.

At the same time I saw a smaller apartment project where it’s just 3-4 floors, simple setup, and people seemed to actually know each other. Felt more warm somehow. I could imagine actually settling there and feeling at home. But then no fancy amenities, no big entrance, nothing flashy. Since I’m properly planning to move in and not just invest, I’m confused about what will matter more after shifting. For those who already moved into either type, what did you end up liking more in real life? Big amenities or small community?
