The relator I worked with literally sat and explained what “sanction”, “disbursement”, “pre-EMI”, “MOD”, “legal + valuation” actually means in normal words. Biggest help wasn’t even the rate. it was the step-by-step. Like what document is needed when, what the bank will ask next, and where things usually get stuck.
