The buiders reputation is alright but the density seems too much high IMO. 2 towers of G+36 floors each in just 3 acres!? that comes out to be about 168 units/acre density. thats equivalent of some 50 floor high buildings. how can someone even move freely in such a dense society.

brother the handover is in 2030. how are you even considering this for end use? its just too long of a wait for me.
