I drove through the area recently. The roads are generally good, especially with the Outer Ring Road (ORR) close by.I haven't checked it during peak time for traffic but at afternoon hours it was not too bad.

Which exit of ORR is closest to Aparna Sunstone?

I drove from exit 2 it took me around 20 min but it claims to be at similar distance from exit 1 as well.

I haven’t heard of formal tie-ups, but the location is close to schools like Glendale and Vista International school. Some of my friends in similar projects said Aparna properties often organize transport services through third-party providers, so that might be an option here too.

What’s the process for getting approvals if someone wants to install additional facilities like an EV charging station in their parking area?

I’m planning to ask about this too. In their other projects, residents needed approval from the management committee, and the setup had to comply with township guidelines. I’d imagine it’s the same here.

On official site of Aparna sandstone they have mentioned that one charging point for each flat will be provided

I came across some mentions of delays in earlier Aparna projects due to land clearance issues. I’m not sure if it applies to this one, but given the size of the township, it’s worth checking. Does anyone know if all the approvals for this project are in place?

I have heard the same news but their is no formal information adout it. I also tried contacting their helpline but the response was so delayed that i left it all together.

the project launch was delayed 3 times so i am not sure about investing in it.

Hi! I was also looking for the same, Up Until now I know that it is one of the largest township with 123 acres of area launched in Gopanpally, it will have gated villas and apartments.

Up until now i think they have launched only one project called Aparna sunstone. They are residential apartments with 45 floors. I have no idea about villas.
