Yes, I own an apartment at Raghava IRIS. Their projects were mostly of 4 and 5bhk this is the first one with 3bhk. I guess they finally realised the need of the hour. But all in all, i'm really impressed, I brought for investment purposes and they have great amenities too. Budding developers in Hyderabad we can say.
