Which apartments to consider for self use closest to Financial District 1.5 budget:

I am looking to purchase an apartment andi. My criteria is :

> Closest to Financial District

> At least 2000 sft (3 BHK)

> Dont care much about swimming pool, club, blah blah and amenities etc

> My max budget is 1.5 Cr.

> I am fine with possession in max 3 years as well.

My main confusion is location wise and whether to go with reputed builders or look at others - I am seeing such inferior work on apartments that it is unbelievable - even basic good quality is not there. I dont have any black money. Will need to take 80% loan. Seeing that its going to be a buyers market for a while, I am hoping to hear some words of guidance from the members of this forum. It is my first ever property so any words of guidance are much appreciated.

Currently looking at Aparna Cyberon and Jayabheri Sahasra. Are these any good?
