I have Vensa One is the one of the first projects by vensa builders in Puppalaguda, they are saying there is Bare shell Office Space. Is it one of their amenity or it is chargeable? Any idea?

The project will be spread over an area of 0.83537 Hectares (Net plot Area – 0.6722 ha + Road widening area – 0.1630 ha) to provide commercial retail and office space at Survey nos. 319 (Part) & 320 (Part), Puppalguda, Gandipet, Ranga Reddy District. They don't offer flats, they are commerical builders

that's a diff company, they have many projects, i think this project is the first one by vensa builders

I think it is chargeable or you may have to book slots with builders' app or something after you buy any flat in there. Also, what is the flat types they offer? I couldn't find their brochure online.
